The candles we lit 

to participate in 

the International Wave of Light 

on Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day

Each October 15 from 7-8pm in every time zone across the world

candles are light

to remember,  to honor,  to heal.

in with the old

found:  these hand-crafted treasures
at the antiques market

but greater still was spending the hour browsing with my daughter.

"Everything was better a long time ago."  she said, filled with awe.
